My short term memory is atrocious and my memory for names even worse. I’ve even mentioned to my hubby that if I ever got Altzheimers, no-one would even notice!!

Anyway, this will help enormously and I’m very grateful.

Thanks this is really useful. I have used a little notebook that I carry around in my hip pocket. Now that I have a Droid, I can use NoteLeaf on there. It even has reminders.

What a great story! I agree Cassie that keeping good notes has been so worth it and says a lot when I’m helping people.

And the best part is that if you have a tool that helps you stay current with your clients then the few minutes you spent on it doesn’t feel like a chore.
